About Our Organization

Damauli UNESCO Club was established in 2000 A.D. as a sister concern of UNESCO. After the establishment of Federation of UNESCO on 1972, many UNESCO clubs were registered in many districts in Nepal. Likewise, Damauli UNESCO Club was also one of the club which was established in Damauli of Tanahun district of Gandaki Province which lies on the western region of Nepal.

In correspondence to the objective of UNESCO, Damauli UNESCO Club has been working on different areas like Education, Cultural heritage protection and promotion, Natural Science, Environment conservation, communication media, Social and Human Science, Human Rights, etc.
